I have dedicated my career to understanding what makes real estate agents successful and how to help them become more so.

I specialize in breaking down complex ideas into bite-sized actionable pieces.  I have been leading real estate teams, offices, and affiliated businesses across the United States to top levels of production, for years.

I have led the Arlington, Virginia, Keller Williams office to #1 in market share, and was also the General Manager for Keller Williams Capital Properties, a group of seven Keller Williams offices in the DC Metro area, and I opened the first KW office in the UK, in London.

I live with my husband Rich, who is an incredible chef, in Alexandria, Virginia and enjoy travel and spending as much time as possible with my grandkids.

What are some of Pam's core values as a coach?

My core values as a coach start with not letting you let yourself down. I like to be the one that holds up a mirror and says “Here’s the best version of you – let’s go get that!” I am dedicated to helping you implement the systems and strategies that will move your business to one you could sell if you wanted – even if you never want to. One that consistently generates referrals from each and every client because you created an experience they can’t wait to tell their friends about.
